Overview
As Senior Presales Business Applications Architect, you will design strategic Microsoft-based solutions that are secure, scalable, and commercially viable.
You will work closely with customers and senior stakeholders to translate challenges into architecture, guiding the solution from discovery through to proposals and cost models.
You’ll lead engagements across Sales, Commercial, Portfolio, and Delivery, shaping bids and value propositions.

Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise solution architecture using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform including Copilot Studio
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation goals
- Translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures with commercial viability
- Define integration and data approaches using Dataverse, APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Integration Services
- Lead discovery workshops, demonstrations, and executive-level conversations
- Shape bids, proposals, estimates, cost models, and delivery approaches
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Delivery and technical teams to validate feasibility and risks
- Advise on process optimization, governance of Power Platform, automation, and AI-enabled apps
- Monitor Microsoft product roadmap and contribute reusable reference architectures and assets
- Key requirements
- Extensive experience designing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Deep knowledge of one or more Dynamics 365 areas (Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, or Business Central)
- Strong expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio
- Proven experience leading complex presales or solution architecture engagements
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, Azure integration technologies, data, security, and governance
- Experience shaping high-value bids, proposals, and customer presentations
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial judgement balancing value, quality, risk, and cost
- Significant experience in enterprise technology, solution architecture, or digital transformation
- Strong background in customer-facing Microsoft Business Applications presales
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Dynamics 365 certifications or equivalent experience
