Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to lead the delivery of Project Management Office (PMO) services across projects, programmes and portfolios within the UK&I PPM function, and to drive standardisation and consistency of the PMO service catalogue across all UK&I accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure PMO governance, reporting, RAID management, planning and resource management processes support successful delivery against contractual and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of PMO processes, tools and methodologies.
- Provide expert guidance to account and programme leadership on governance, risk exposure, planning and performance visibility.
- Lead and oversee PMO reporting across programmes and/or accounts, ensuring clarity, accuracy and alignment to stakeholder needs.
- Mentor and support PMO team members, fostering capability development and high performance.
- Ensure all PMO outputs are insight‑driven, decision‑focused and fully compliant with PPM organisational standards and controls.

- Eligibility to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
