We are looking to appoint highly qualified evangelists to lead our SAP pre‑sales activity for the future. Candidates will develop exciting modern opportunities at key target customers, help clients envision their future, explain the Atos value proposition, and position Atos as the leading partner in the resulting business opportunity. SAP Evangelists will be at the forefront of Atos’ strategy, bringing passion for bold transformation, building relationships quickly, shaping client strategy, and creating compelling propositions and business cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SAP opportunities across multiple accounts and coach through the sales cycle.
- Articulate the Atos value proposition compellingly to new and existing clients.
- Present Atos innovation workshops and the SAP roadmap to clients.
- Define project requirements and scope with stakeholders, suggesting suitable acceptance measures.
- Build, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with Business and IT Decision Makers to influence adoption.
- Define best‑fit solutions, business outcomes, and build a success plan inclusive of customer objectives, milestones, risks, and metrics.
- Represent the Voice of the Customer within Atos, documenting business‑value stories and best practices.
- Collaborate with strategy and offering stakeholders (CTO, Marketing, Delivery, Engineering, Sales) to drive disruptive service innovation and provide competitive insight.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least five years of experience in pre‑sales, solutions, or consulting activities for national and international clients in relevant or SMP solutions.
- Experience with SAP.
- Detailed knowledge of current market trends and latest technologies, with an understanding of key technical choices.
- Ability to be internationally mobile.
- Fluent in English; other European languages (German, Spanish, French) desirable but not mandatory.
- Comfortable dealing and communicating with clients, both senior managers and engineers.
- Initiative, decision‑making, and execution drive.
- Track record in business plan creation and execution, with sales and pre‑sales experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organised and client‑focused, driven by business outcomes.
Scope:
- Based in the SMP organization, focused on evangelising SAP.
- All sectors and markets, RBU’s.
Success Indicators:
- Support a carefully selected number of key development opportunities simultaneously.
- Conversion of client opportunities to bid stage and/or revenue/Order Entry.
- Early pre‑sales engagement leading to Order Entry.
- Thought leadership & contribution to portfolio development and improvement.
