A Cyber Security Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth in the United Kingdom (UK) region by identifying, qualifying, and closing business opportunities for cybersecurity software, hardware, and managed services. This role requires a unique blend of consultative selling skills and a strong baseline understanding of digital risk, compliance, and threat mitigation.
- Pipeline Generation: Identify and prospect new B2B customers via outreach, industry networking, and collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Engage with senior decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, and IT Directors) to uncover their specific business risks, infrastructure gaps, and compliance regulations.
- Align the company's cybersecurity portfolio—such as Managed Detection and Response (MDR), EDR, zero-trust architectures, and identity management, security consulting—to customer needs.
- Deal Management: Lead complex sales cycles from initial presentation and technical demonstrations through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal pre-sales engineers and technical teams to author detailed RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses.
- Close cooperation with UK Client Executive Partners (CEPs), Business Developers (BDs), Account Sales Executives (ASEs) as well as with Consulting, Pre-Sales, Alliances and Partners to drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives in existing ATOS accounts.
10+ years of proven relevant sales experience in the field of complex cyber security solutions and services.
In-depth market and industry knowledge as well as a resilient network in the target markets.
Willingness to travel.
Completed Bachelor's (e.g. cybersecurity, computer science) or comparable qualifications.
