Our Gen AI team brings together top engineers, diverse perspectives, and a flat team structure that gives you visibility and impact from day one! With 40–50 people across, we work on some of the most exciting projects in the market, from next-gen fintech payment platforms to global insurance systems rolled out across multiple countries.

Your Future Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions that solve complex business problems. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues, moving quickly from concept to production.
You’ll do this by having a mix of the below:
- A STEM background with practical application
- Similar experience, such as a coding bootcamp and projects you have worked on
- Or a non-tech education but have converted to our world through your own initiative
- A demonstrable love of technology - whether through academic work, personal projects, or professional experience.
- The drive to learn new skills quickly and apply them independently.
Other skills that will set you up for success:
- Familiarity with coding (any language - we value aptitude over specific stacks).
- Interest in modern tech such as AI, generative models, cloud platforms, or large language models.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
