Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an engineering organization, ensuring the optimal structure to deliver portfolio offerings.
- Align with CTO and Engineering peers on technology strategy, tooling selection, and innovation aspects.
- Coach and develop engineering leaders and experts within the team.
