The Role
As a Cyber Transformation Lead Partner, you will lead large-scale business transformation programs, helping organisations redefine how they create value, structure capabilities, and execute strategy in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled world. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, shaping business strategies, target operating models, organisational transformation, and workforce strategies that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.
This role combines strategic advisory, commercial leadership, business development, and delivery oversight. You will play a key role in expanding Atos Amplify's consulting footprint, converting executive conversations into measurable transformation outcomes and consulting growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and sale of strategy-led transformation programs across business, operating model, and organisational change domains.
- Advise senior executives on business strategy, growth, transformation, organisational effectiveness, and future operating models.
- Develop executive-level transformation roadmaps linking strategic objectives to execution.
- Own commercial propositions and drive growth across consulting opportunities.
- Lead proposal development, solution shaping, executive presentations, and client pursuit activities.
- Design target operating models across people, process, governance, technology, and service dimensions.
- Support clients through complex transformation journeys, including organisational redesign, workforce transformation, shared services, and business model evolution.
- Coach and support consultants throughout program delivery to ensure quality and client success.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships that generate long-term consulting partnerships.
- Collaborate with industry, technology, and AI consulting leaders to create integrated transformation solutions.
