Overview
In this role you join Atos Amplify to support client transformation journeys and help build AI-enabled solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to analyze problems, craft strategic options, and engage stakeholders. You’ll develop your consulting toolkit through the Skills Academy and gain exposure to multiple industries. The role offers hands-on client work, change activities, and opportunities to grow into a specialist advisory track.

Responsibilities
- Support analysis of client problems and development of strategies for private and public sector clients
- Use data and insights to shape problem statements, options and recommendations
- Coordinate with functional, industry and technical experts to design solutions and strategies
- Assist with stakeholder engagement including workshops and interviews
- Support project and change management activities
- Pursue continuous professional development in key technology platforms, applied AI, and core consulting
Key requirements
- Interest in AI and platforms (Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) and technology trends affecting strategy and operating models
- Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research (applying AI where suitable)
- Previous experience in consulting or professional services is desirable
