Overview
As an Azure ETL Architect at Atos, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data integration on Microsoft Azure. You’ll set data architecture standards, shape scalable ETL/ELT frameworks, and provide technical leadership across large transformation programs. The role requires deep expertise in Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks, plus strong governance and enterprise architecture knowledge. You will work hands-on while guiding delivery teams and coordinating with stakeholders to drive data modernization. This is a strategic, impact-focused role in a consultancy-driven environment, offering the chance to influence data platforms across complex enterprises.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-scale data integration and transformation solutions on Azure
- Define data architecture standards and scalable ETL/ELT frameworks
- Provide technical leadership across large data transformation programs
- Engage stakeholders and oversee delivery with hands-on architecture and governance
- Architect and optimize integration with XML, APIs, and legacy systems across hybrid/cloud environments
Key requirements
- Significant experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Azure data platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake
- Proven track record in architecting complex ETL/ELT solutions
- Experience with XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT, and XML-based data ingestion
- Experience with data governance, quality, and metadata management
- Experience delivering cloud migration and data modernization programs
