- Lead a senior, high-impact role within a large-scale transformation programme, driving end-to-end system integration.

- Provide end-to-end technology leadership across the System Integration programme (Heritage & Portals).
- Lead large-scale migration and transformation activities, including development, testing, and data migration.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for technical architecture and change management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale system integration and transformation programmes.
- Experience within Financial Services or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated capability in technical governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.
- Experience with Sapiens Consolidation Manager / Pensions Management Platforms.
- Knowledge of Pega platforms or similar CRM/workflow technologies.
Hybrid working model, with up to 3 days per week on-site in Edinburgh required.
