About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Engineer to support the migration and modernisation of enterprise ETL pipelines and data integration solutions.
Working under the guidance of the Informatica SME, you will be responsible for building, re-engineering, testing, and validating Informatica mappings and workflows on target cloud platforms.
You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, integrity, and successful migration outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on data integration professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and contributing to large-scale transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, re-engineer, and optimise Informatica mappings, workflows, and ETL processes on target cloud platforms.
- Implement and maintain source-to-target mappings to support migration and integration activities.
- Execute data migration, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support testing, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and remediation activities throughout programme delivery.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, migration artefacts, and operational knowledge materials.
Skills We Can't Do Without
- Strong experience with Informatica Power Center and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Proven expertise in ETL development, data integration, and workflow design.
- Experience creating and maintaining source-to-target mappings.
- Knowledge of data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data quality processes.
- Strong scripting and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data integration challenges.
Skills We'd Like
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of modern data warehousing, analytics, and cloud-native data integration services.
- Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC Clearance.
