Digital Application Services (DAS) delivers and supports the applications, platforms and digital capabilities that enable effective business operations. Within DAS, the Business Analysis and Customer Experience (BA & CX) team drives technology-enabled change across digital services. We are looking for a strong Technical Business Analyst to work on complex digital and technology change. This role is suited to an experienced analyst who is equally comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, and who can translate business needs into clear, structured and actionable requirements for design, build, test and implementation.
You will take ownership of analysis across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and definition through to delivery support and continuous improvement. You will be expected to analyse processes, systems, integrations, APIs, data flows and business rules, and to produce high-quality artefacts that support solution design and delivery. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, architects, testers, delivery managers and operational stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, well-defined, traceable and aligned to customer, business and regulatory needs.
