Product Management Team Lead leading the Value Engineering Centre of Excellence (Co E) for the Service Now Business.
You will define, govern, and scale the methodologies, assets, and delivery frameworks for Atos’ global Service Now portfolio/offerings.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for creating the reusable solution DNA of the practice—solution blueprints, industry accelerators, implementation methods, demo solutions, delivery standards, and quality assurance frameworks—ensuring every engagement is value‑driven, predictable, and differentiated.
You will work closely with the Global CTO/Portfolio Leader, Sales Enablement, Delivery, and Industry Teams to translate strategic vision into practical, consumable assets that elevate win rates, improve delivery consistency, reduce cost of quality, and accelerate client outcomes.
- Strategic Impact
- Define the global Value Engineering strategy for the Service Now business, shaping how solutions are conceptualised, packaged, and delivered across industries and regions.
- Industrialise repeatability and differentiation through standardised solution blueprints, accelerators, and delivery playbooks.
- Ensure a method-based, value-led approach to all Service Now engagements, improving quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen market positioning by developing industry-specific solution packs and demo flows that highlight thought leadership and innovation.
- Translate strategy into execution through frameworks, templates, and standards used by architects, consultants, sales, and delivery teams globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution & Asset Leadership
- Create and maintain solution blueprints across Service Now offerings and industry solutions.
- Build pre-defined industry solutions, including process models, configuration templates, reference architectures, and value cases.
- Develop end-to-end demo solutions and guided demo flows for sales, marketing, and industry teams.
- Govern the quality and lifecycle of reusable assets and accelerators.
- Methods, Standards & Delivery Assurance
- Define the global implementation method for Service Now transformations—covering discovery, design, build, test, deployment, and value realisation.
- Establish delivery assurance standards, QA checkpoints, and quality frameworks used across all programs.
- Lead the creation of playbooks, templates, and reusable delivery artefacts, ensuring global adoption.
- Drive Delivery Excellence for continuous improvement.
- Value Frameworks & Business Outcomes
- Create value engineering models that articulate business outcomes, KPIs, ROI, and measurable impact of Service Now solutions.
- Provide frameworks to help pursue teams convert platform capabilities into client-specific value propositions.
- Standardise the mapping of capabilities to business value across industries.
- Collaboration & Ecosystem Leadership
- Work closely with the CTO/Portfolio Leader to align solution assets with portfolio strategy, AI direction, and innovation priorities.
- Partner with Sales & Pre-sales teams to embed assets into bids, RFP responses, and client proposals.
- Collaborate with Delivery & Practice Leads to ensure methods and standards are executed consistently.
- Contribute to partner, ecosystem, and community development by sharing assets and best practices.
- Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain global governance for all Value Engineering assets and processes.
- Introduce continuous improvement cycles based on delivery feedback, project retrospectives, and market trends.
- Ensure all assets incorporate best practices, regulatory compliance, and Service Now-recommended approaches.
- Required Experience & Capabilities
- Proven leadership experience in Value Engineering, Delivery Excellence, Solution Architecture, or similar roles within the Service Now or enterprise transformation domain.
- Deep understanding of Service Now platform, implementation lifecycle, and industry use cases.
- Strong background in solution design, delivery methods, and asset industrialisation.
- Demonstrated success in creating playbooks, accelerators, templates, and industry solutions.
- Experience partnering with C-level stakeholders to articulate value, outcomes, and transformation impact.
- Excellent collaborator and influencer across global sales, delivery, and technology teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex solutions into simple frameworks.
