What You Will Be Doing
- Accountable for the successful delivery of large-scale, complex technical programmes spanning multiple teams, domains, and client organisations.
- Expert-level leadership capability and deep technical competence across cloud and data engineering, with the ability to operate confidently at senior stakeholder levels.
- Requirement of active UK Security Clearance (SC or higher) and regular work within secure and highly regulated environments.
- Extensive experience leading large or multi-workstream technical delivery programmes in cloud, data or platform environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Key Vault, Azure DevOps and Azure Networking.
- Technical expertise in orchestration, performance optimisation and large-scale data processing.
- Demonstrable experience communicating complex technical issues in clear, concise language suitable for non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
- Strong ability to manage and influence senior client stakeholders, including programme directors, C-suite representatives and governance boards.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams across architecture, data engineering, software development and testing, and ability to identify, quantify, manage and mitigate technical and delivery risks across large-scale programmes.
