As part of our Sales team, this role provides a unique opportunity to drive growth within the Financial Services sector by focusing on the Fintech part of the market. You will be responsible for building new pipeline and unlocking whitespace opportunities by bringing the best of the FinTech and innovation ecosystem into these clients - positioning Atos as the partner that can help scale, integrate, and industrialise emerging solutions and technology.
What You Will Be Doing
- Driving Growth & Market Presence: Build and convert a strong pipeline within Financial Services by actively engaging with the wider innovation ecosystem, leveraging industry networks, partnerships and market forums to generate new opportunities, win new logos, and expand into whitespace within existing clients.
- Ecosystem & Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships across emerging FinTech communities, partners, and industry bodies to unlock collaboration opportunities and elevate brand presence in the market.
- Client Engagement: Understand client priorities and market disruption trends, translating these into innovative, outcome-led solutions while building trust with senior stakeholders across business and technology.
- Sales Leadership: Win professional services contracts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive origination and deal shaping.
- Opportunity Ownership: Take full accountability for opportunity creation and pursuit from early-stage qualification through to close, including shaping propositions, managing stakeholders, and negotiating successful outcomes.
- Executive Influence: Lead compelling presentations, workshops, and negotiations with senior stakeholders, positioning Atos as a strategic partner in innovation and transformation.

- Sales & Market Development: Proven success in originating and securing opportunities, with a strong passion for Financial Services and FinTech.
- FinTech & Innovation Mindset: Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, FinTech ecosystems, and innovation trends, with the ability to translate these into tangible commercial opportunities and differentiated client propositions.
