Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a weekday Rota (08 00–18 00) to monitor ServiceNow for new incidents.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for application issues, including functionality errors, data discrepancies, integration failures, and performance problems, meeting SLA targets.
- Respond to user queries and guide on application usage.
- Develop and implement fixes; perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.
- Support disaster recovery testing.
- Act as SME for the application, assisting with new initiatives and enhancements.
- Manage handover of new or updated functionality from Development to ensure effective client communication.
Skills We Can\’t Do Without
- Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
- Experience with MVC, .NET Core.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, including SQL scripting.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows Server.
Skills We\’d Like
- Knowledge of GitHub
- Familiarity with YAML pipelines, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep
- Knowledge of Selenium
- Experience of .NET Blazor
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Function Apps, and Monitor/App Insights, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
