Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO Consultant with strong Quality Management (QM) expertise to support complex manufacturing and engineering transformation programmes. The role will focus on delivering SAP Production Engineering & Operations (PEO) solutions aligned to S/4HANA, ensuring integration across logistics, asset management, and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of SAP PEO solutions across engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Facilitate fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops for PEO and QM processes.
- Configure and optimise SAP QM processes including inspections, quality notifications, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure integration of PEO with PM/EAM, MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Support full lifecycle delivery including design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.
- Drive UAT support, defect resolution, and process optimisation.
- Provide stakeholder engagement, training, and change support.
Required Experience
- Extensive SAP experience across implementation and support programmes.
- Proven experience in SAP PEO or similar manufacturing solutions.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Experience in S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Demonstrated experience in complex manufacturing environments (e.g. aerospace, defence, or engineering).
- Experience in full lifecycle delivery including testing and deployment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in SAP PM / EAM integration.
- Exposure to global rollouts and template-based delivery.
- Knowledge of DevOps or Agile delivery models.
- Experience with data migration, test management, and integration testing.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, IT or related discipline.
- SAP certification in relevant modules is desirable.
