Location Glasgow, GB Position Overview The Portfolio Director is a senior member of the Global Service Now Portfolio organisation, working directly with the CTO / Portfolio Lead to define, manage, and evolve the global portfolio of offerings, solutions, and innovation assets.
This role is responsible for translating strategic vision into a structured portfolio of differentiated offerings, ensuring competitive positioning, driving innovation (including Gen AI and Agentic AI), and enabling the business with pricing, packaging, and GTM assets that accelerate growth.
The Portfolio Director partners closely with Sales Enablement, Value Engineering, Delivery, Industry Leads, and Alliance teams to ensure the portfolio is market-relevant, commercially viable, technically robust, and aligned with customer needs and Service Now’s platform evolution.
Strategic Impact Shape and maintain the global Service Now offerings portfolio in assigned areas (like AI, CRM, ITx, Employee Experience), ensuring relevance across industries and regions.
Translate portfolio strategy into roadmaps, investment plans, and innovation themes.
Drive competitive differentiation, ensuring each offering has a unique market position.
Lead the definition of pricing, packaging, and GTM assets to support successful sales and delivery.
