As a Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the organisation’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
You will ensure that strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and emerging risks are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in line with the organisation’s risk appetite and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting enterprise and operational risks.
- Maintain risk registers, action plans, risk documentation, and governance records.
- Produce high‑quality risk reports, management information, and analysis for senior leadership.
- Support risk workshops, risk assessments, and control reviews across the business.
- Coordinate risk governance activities, including meeting preparation, minutes, action tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor emerging risks and support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk policies, standards, methodologies, and procedures.
- Support departmental assurance activities and collaborate with Compliance, Security, Audit, and Operational teams.
- Promote a positive risk culture by providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organisation.
- Support the operation and maintenance of the risk system that supports delivery of the Enterprise or Operational Risk Management Frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience gathering and collating large amounts of data and preparing reports.
- Knowledge of good governance principles and processes in administering committee meetings.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point.
- Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Technology or another regulated sector.
- Experience within a Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit function, or within Operations of a regulated financial services firm.
- Basic understanding of regulations applicable to the Financial Services industry.
- Knowledge of risk systems that support Enterprise or Operational Risk Management Frameworks.
- Professional qualifications or progress towards certifications in Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain Security Clearance within short timescales.
