Skills we can’t do without:
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, including the use of DevOps practices to ensure efficient and agile project delivery.
- Strong functional expertise in D365 and previous Dynamics versions, with the ability to translate business processes into clear solution requirements and manage full project lifecycles.
- Solid experience in configuring and optimising end-to-end customer service operations within CRM systems, including case management, omnichannel engagement, knowledge management, SLAs, entitlements, and performance reporting to drive service excellence and meet defined KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience conducting discovery workshops, crafting tailored proposals, and advising on best practices and continuous improvement.
Educational Background and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computing, Business, or a related field.

- MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant
- MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) Functional Consultant

This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity, with occasional UK domestic travel as required. The successful candidate should hold or be capable of obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organizations.
