Mission / Role Summary
Lead the design and optimization of production-grade agentic solutions in regional deployments, ensuring that AI agents meet enterprise requirements for scalability, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs
- Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design
- Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions
- Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards
- Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges
- Collaborate with central platform and governance teams
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration
- Ability to assess trade-offs (autonomy vs control, cost vs performance, etc.)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with tools like LangGraph, n8n, orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks
- Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments
- Background in ITSM or managed services automation
Experience Profile
- 8-15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems, or platform architecture)
Candidate Persona
A forward-looking architect who balances innovation with control. Able to challenge naive AI approaches and elevate designs to production-grade standards, especially in regulated or client-specific environments.
To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
