Mission / Role Summary

Develop and implement agentic solutions within the Digital Engineer platform using AI-assisted coding techniques, workflow orchestration, and platform-native components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and configure agents, workflows, and integrations
  • Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development
  • Implement agent logic, prompts, and decision flows
  • Integrate with enterprise systems (ITSM, APIs, data sources)
  • Test and validate agent behavior and outputs
  • Collaborate with architects and service designers on implementation
  • Contribute to reusable components and templates

Required Skills

  • Strong software development skills (Python, APIs, scripting)
  • Experience with automation and workflow platforms
  • Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent patterns
  • Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise systems
