We're looking for a motivated individual to join our DAC team in Newark. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring prescriptions are processed efficiently and accurately, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The Role
As a DAC Administrator, you will take ownership of prescription chasing and processing activities across your designated territory, working closely with GP surgeries, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. You'll manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve queries within agreed service levels, and build strong working relationships with stakeholders to support the seamless delivery of patient care. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support team training and collaboration, and provide wider administrative support to help the DAC team achieve its objectives.
