Atos are seeking a Paediatric Tracheostomy specialist to join us as Clinical Educators covering the North of the UK. If you\’re a Speech and Language Therapist, a Registered Nurse or respiratory physiotherapist with experience in direct paediatric tracheostomy care in the NHS, we would love to hear from you. These is a flexible, full-time role, dedicated to inspiring and developing the knowledge of others.

Do you like the idea of managing and organising your workload and time, working closely with our internal teams and external stakeholders to design and deliver evidence-based educational events? Whether you\’re presenting to a group of Clinicians in a hospital setting or helping to upskill your colleagues internally, your effective communication and specialist knowledge make you a trusted partner. Your commitment to remaining up to date with current literature and clinical best practice will ensure you are seen as a real advocate for Paediatric tracheostomy care.

Be the catalyst for collaboration between our teams, fostering effective working relationships that truly matter. Support our marketing team in creating materials for patients and health care professionals. And really make a difference by working closely with the Global Product Development team to feedback improvements and innovative ideas for new products.

Who are we looking for?

  • Speech and Language Therapist, Registered Nurse or Respiratory Physiotherapist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct paediatric tracheostomy care.
  • Highly motivated with good organisation skills.
  • Flexible with the ability to collaborate with others.
  • A thirst for learning and sharing ideas, particularly around innovative medical therapies and technology.
  • Confident communicator and presenter in both small groups and much larger group settings.
  • Excellent understanding of IT systems/packages
  • Positive and can-do attitude even when times are tough
  • An independent worker with self-motivation and a nurturing mindset
  • Someone with the confidence and courage to challenge
