As a pivotal member of our SAP practice, you will not just be an SAP Finance Consultant; you’ll be a driving force behind digital transformation and client projects. Your expertise will guide organizations toward more efficient and secure collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into the core of our operations reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes and systems.
- Transform your insights into living documents that define scope objectives and cutting-edge systems to fuel our big-picture business strategies.
- Be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions crafting user stories and top-notch software designs.
- Guide businesses towards optimized processes and IT automation.
- Gather insights and create output formats that meet business functions.
- Map out the journey with precise workflow charts and diagrams.
- Manage and organize requirement backlogs and provide clear insights through customer interactions.
- Design modifications that drive efficiency in existing systems.
- Analyze operational puzzles with insightful perspectives.
- Cultivate relationships that position you as a trusted advisor.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields like engineering, computer sciences, or information management.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the field, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP Finance implementations in an international environment and at least 1 year implementation experience in SAP S/4 Finance.
- Experience in Data Management; General Ledger; Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; Asset Accounting; Special Purpose Ledger; Month End/Year End Closing; Consolidations; Reconciliations; Intercompany Transactions; Financial Reporting EBS DME.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum approach, user stories, backlog management, and refinements.
- Strong communicator; able to support commercial staff with presales activities.
- Knowledge of Business/Enterprise Architecture concepts; TOGAF is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to and master modern technologies.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration.
- SAP certifications in the Finance domain; at least 1 SAP S/4 certification, preferably a Cloud one.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
