Writing is one of the most essential life skills, yet it's often the most frustrating to learn. Atatoply, we're changing that. We've built an AI-powered platform where students can practice creative, analytical, and persuasive writing in a way that's super fun, interactive, and rewarding. After 7 months of intense development and testing, we are gearing up for a major B2C launch in Q1 2026.

The Product: Think of it as a personal writing coach in your pocket. Atoply provides students with instant, structured feedback on their ideas, structure, clarity, and language, helping them make visible progress outside of a traditional classroom setting.

The Team: We are a lean, high-velocity team with a proven track record. Before Atoply, we successfully built and scaled a B2B AI startup for the financial sector. We have the technical foundation and the "startup grit"—now we need the marketing magic.

The Mission for our CMO: We aren’t looking for a corporate executive to sit in meetings. We are looking for a Founding CMO who thrives on the "0 to 1" journey. You will:

  • Build the Brand: Define how Atoply speaks to students and parents globally.
  • Be Hands-On: From crafting viral social content to managing community engagement—you'll be the voice of the product.
  • Drive Growth: Lead our B2C acquisition strategy as we head toward our first funding round later this year.

The Interview Process: We value execution over talk. Our process is designed to see how you build:

  • Stage 1: The "Founder Task" – You’ll get early access to the app to complete a two-part challenge: creating a 10–30 second TikTok/Reels "Hook" and outlining a scrappy growth plan for our first 1,000 users.
  • Stage 2: The Deep Dive – An online meeting with the founders to discuss your strategy, your video, and our shared vision for Atoply.

The Opportunity: Role: Part-time (to start). Compensation: Equity-only (until our 2026 funding round). Impact: You will have a massive stake in a company poised to disrupt the ed-tech space.

If you are a storyteller at heart, a growth hacker by trade, and passionate about the future of education, let’s build this together.
