About the role

As a Financial Planner in our East Midlands office, you will join a well-established team of Financial Planners. We're looking for someone who can confidently navigate our processes, communicate with clarity and empathy, and bring strong organisational skills to manage our clients. Your ability to build trust, adapt to changing needs, and deliver tailored financial strategies will make you an integral part of our success.

Accountabilities

  • Solve Challenges Before They Happen: Offer intelligent, proactive solutions to client issues - thinking ahead and responding fast.
  • Know our Proposition Inside Out: Learn, understand, and confidently articulate all aspects of our financial planning proposition.

  • Record Every Detail: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions using our CRM.

Skills and Experience

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing Financial Planning role.
  • A current Statement of Professional Standing.
  • Confident using CRM and cashflow modelling tools.
  • Experience in an advisory or technical role gained within an advisory firm.
  • Experience using and delivering a full range of provider products, services, and capabilities.
  • Intermediate Excel - v:lookups and pivot tables.
  • Good energy - you must be able to have conversations with clients that deliver trust and solutions.
  • A desire to help our clients make their financial ambitions a reality.
