This role offers an opportunity to build experience within a regulated financial services environment, supporting a structured client remediation project. We are looking for 3x Summer Data Entry Assistants to be based in Bristol and Nottingham for 3 months (July, August, September) to support the delivery of a client remediation project.
Accountabilities- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records within our CRM system (Xplan)
- Supporting the end-to-end processing and tracking of remediation cases
- Managing client communications, including handling responses and drafting professional correspondence
- Validating client information (e.g. bank details) through approved verification channels
- Ensuring all case files and documentation are complete and correctly uploaded within internal systems
- Supporting reporting by maintaining accurate data for management information (MI)
- Contributing to continuous improvements in processes and system usage
- Upholding high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance at all times
- Recent Graduate or looking for work over the summer
- Have previous office work experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable using systems and learning new tools quickly
- Basic working knowledge of Excel (e.g. data entry, simple spreadsheets)
- Experience within financial services, case management, or remediation environments is advantageous
