You’re a driven and dynamic Financial Planner with a hunger for success and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a Financial Planner based in Plymouth, you will support clients across Plymouth, Devon, and the South West in achieving their financial goals, developing plans that maximise their resources, and guiding them through their financial life events. You’ll be part of a smaller, focused team where your contribution is visible and valued. You’ll start with an existing client base and gain more as you deliver results.

- Record Every Detail: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions using our CRM.

- Have at least 3 years’ experience as a Financial Planner.
- Are Diploma qualified (at least level 4) in Financial Planning.
- Have a current SPS.
- Confident using CRM and cashflow modelling tools.
- Have a track record of building client relationships and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
- Believe in holistic financial planning rather than product-led advice.
- Take ownership of outcomes and focus on solutions.
