Overview
Atomized Studios are looking for an experienced and adaptable Vodcast Producer to lead the production of an 8-part vodcast series for an international Fortune 500 company. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-profile project from concept to delivery. The role begins with a busy period focused on locking the format and preparing for the series, before moving into a more routine schedule once production is underway. The routine phase will involve fewer working days in 2026 as the series progresses. You’ll work closely with senior talent, clients, and contributors to deliver high-quality content that resonates across platforms. Occasional international travel will be required to represent Atomized Studios on location.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and production of an 8-part vodcast series, ensuring creative and technical excellence.
- Lock the format during the initial phase, then manage a consistent production schedule.
- Oversee high-quality audio and video, ensuring professional standards throughout.
- Manage relationships with senior talent, contributors, and clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Research guests, prepare hosts, scout locations, and create pitch and production decks.
- Oversee the client review process, incorporating feedback while maintaining editorial integrity.
- Represent Atomized Studios during short international trips when required.
- Work flexibly across the project timeline, with more intensive days during early development and lighter scheduling once the series is in production.
About You
- Strong technical knowledge in audio and video recording and editing.
- Confident working with senior talent and managing client relationships.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
- Ability to balance creative vision with client expectations.
- Experience launching vodcasts from concept to delivery.
- Edit audio and video content, including creating engaging social media shorts.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and platform-specific formats.
- Previous experience working with global brands or corporate clients.
