Location: Hybrid (3 days in Central London office, 2 days at home) Type: Contract, 3 months with an opportunity to extend Start Date: Monday August 3rd

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and hardworking Production Coordinator to support our production team both in the office and on set.

You'll help support Production Managers or Line Producers on dedicated projects, so attention to detail, confidence and an ability to hit the ground running are essential!

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a point of contact between crew and central production team
  • Preparation and distribution of call sheets and schedules
  • Meticulous organisation of all necessary production admin/paperwork
  • Reconciliation of credit cards and floats/petty cash
  • Processing invoices
  • Communicate with suppliers, hire companies, venues, and couriers.
  • Complex coordination of travel, accommodation, VISAs etc.
  • Handle runs, deliveries, pickups (including kit hires), and general office upkeep.
  • Assist on set with kit moves, setup and pack down, cueing talent, and client support.
  • Provide flexible, ad hoc support across all stages of production.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 1-2 years experience in production office (digital/agency experience preferred)
  • Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environments, both in the office and on set.
  • Full UK driving licence is a bonus.
