Atomix is seeking an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to lead the HR function across the Trust.

You will partner with senior and academy leaders, drive organisational design, workforce planning and change management across the 3-19 model, and champion a data driven, commercially astute HR service delivery.

Start date: Immediate. Salary: SFCA Support Staff Pay Spine, Points 32-35 (£50,999-£54,711 per annum). Pay award pending. Closing Date: Noon on Monday 10th August 2026.
