At Atominvest you’ll blend UX research, competitive analysis, and strategic design thinking to build a robust, scalable design framework that propels our next phase of success. Our ideal candidate is highly ambitious with a meticulous attention to detail. Working in a scale-up environment, you should have the willingness to shape a concept into something tangible from the ground up, and flex outside your specific role to support continued business success.
What You’ll Do:

- Design and Prototyping: Updating and refreshing existing feature sets, focusing on modernising User Interfaces. Develop improved user journey/user experience for new and existing feature sets including wireframes, mid-high fidelity screen designs and user flows that articulate innovative design concepts. Iterate quickly in response to feedback, balancing creative vision with technical feasibility.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, customer success and sales to align design with business objectives and user needs. Contribute to product strategy discussions, ensuring that design choices directly drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Strategic UX Research & Testing: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation. Design and execute usability tests, interviews (internal and external) to generate actionable insights that inform design decisions.
- Perform Competitive & Market Analysis: Deeply understand our technology, customers, personas, and the broader private markets industry as well as software products from other industries to create differentiated design solutions. Monitor industry trends and competitor design strategies to position Atominvest as a leader in the Asset Management Technology space.
- Establish Scalable Design and Design Processes: Think long-term when designing solutions, ensuring that all designs are scalable, and adaptable across the entire platform, maintaining a consistent and flexible user experience. Define, implement, and refine the design process and develop a design framework for the team to support rapid scaling of our product. Develop guidelines and best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience as we grow.
