About Atominvest:

At Atominvest, we’re redefining how the world’s top investment firms operate. Our software powers leading private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and credit firms—helping them streamline investing, fundraising, operations, and sustainability efforts.

You’ll be joining a team that’s building the future infrastructure that powers the private investments industry. We’re growing fast, and while the road ahead will be challenging, it’s also packed with opportunity. We’re past the early stages—and now we’re scaling from ten to one hundred.

The role:

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a world-class product and engineering organization at a company primed for significant growth. You’ll work closely with our CTO, Head of Product, and cross-functional leaders to shape the technical vision, drive execution, and scale our engineering team and capabilities.

We’re looking for a seasoned engineering leader—someone who’s transitioned from being a strong developer to an inspiring, strategic leader. Ideally, you bring experience from the fintech space, have worked with asset managers or financial institutions, and understand the nuances of building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms.

You’ll help define and foster the engineering culture we aspire to: fast-moving, product-oriented, high-performing, and craftsmanship-driven.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead & Scale: Manage and grow a high-performing engineering and product team with a strong culture of delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO, Head of Product, and executive team to plan and prioritize tech initiatives.
  • Technical Leadership & Support: Drive key product and technical decisions across our suite of offerings + own technical processes across technical R&D, code-reviews, infrastructure/ devops management, cybersecurity etc.
  • Process Optimization: Establish and refine engineering processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and code quality.
  • Talent Development: Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
  • Client Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases to deliver impactful and innovative solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, infrastructure, devops, and security teams to ensure smooth execution.

If this sounds like what you’d love to be doing, we can’t wait to hear from you!

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed and scalability
