We’re currently seeking a driven and accomplished Senior Product Owner to join our team.

As a Senior Product Owner at atomic, you’ll be responsible for defining and prioritising the product backlog to ensure that our digital products meet both business objectives and user needs. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to deliver products that are not only functional but delightful to use.

Your role will involve translating high‑level business requirements into detailed user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team. You’ll prioritise features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring that we are always focused on delivering the most valuable outcomes.

You should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and be comfortable leading sprint planning, backlog refinement and daily stand‑ups. You’ll be the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring that everything we build is aligned with user needs and expectations.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting digital products, each with its unique challenges and opportunities. You’ll need to be adaptable, creative, and always ready to dive into the details to make sure we’re building the right thing at the right time.

First interview

A video interview with the Hiring Manager to really drill down into your skills and experience. During your interview you’ll learn much more about the vacancy and the department in which the role sits.

Technical exercise

Some form of test or practical exercise where you can demonstrate your technical skills relevant to the role you’re interested in. It’s a great opportunity to showcase how good you are!

In-person interview

A final interview where you’ll get to visit our office and meet some of the team. We want you to be 100% confident you’re joining the right company – and we’re confident you will be after meeting us in person!
