募集背景
ATOMicaは、「頼り頼られる関係性を増やす」というミッションのもと、多種多様なパートナーが保有する場に対して、コワーキング施設をプロデュース・運営するサービスを提供してきた会社です。利用者の方々との日々のコミュニケーションの中で、WISH（困りごとや願いごとなど）をKNOT（人・もの・こと）をする働きかけを行っています。
今回募集するのは、札幌・大通エリアに新しくオープンしたスタートアップ支援拠点「HooK」。起業家や企業、学生、行政など、さまざまな人が集まり、日々新しい出会いやアイデアが生まれている場所です。そんなHooKの施設の運営やコミュニティ施策をサポートいただき、一緒に拠点を盛り上げてくれるアルバイトスタッフを募集します！
受付対応や利用者さんとのコミュニケーション、イベント運営などを通して、人と人がつながる“きっかけ”をつくるお仕事です。「人と話すのが好き」「いろんな人と関わってみたい」そんな気持ちがあれば大歓迎です！

Requirements
- 利用者さまへの丁寧な接客ができること
