    • コワーキングスペースの受付対応

募集背景

ATOMicaは、「頼り頼られる関係性を増やす」というミッションのもと、多種多様なパートナーが保有する場に対して、コワーキング施設をプロデュース・運営するサービスを提供してきた会社です。利用者の方々との日々のコミュニケーションの中で、WISH(困りごとや願いごとなど)をKNOT(人・もの・こと)をする働きかけを行っています。

今回募集するのは、札幌・大通エリアに新しくオープンしたスタートアップ支援拠点「HooK」。起業家や企業、学生、行政など、さまざまな人が集まり、日々新しい出会いやアイデアが生まれている場所です。そんなHooKの施設の運営やコミュニティ施策をサポートいただき、一緒に拠点を盛り上げてくれるアルバイトスタッフを募集します!

受付対応や利用者さんとのコミュニケーション、イベント運営などを通して、人と人がつながる“きっかけ”をつくるお仕事です。「人と話すのが好き」「いろんな人と関わってみたい」そんな気持ちがあれば大歓迎です!

Requirements

  • 利用者さまへの丁寧な接客ができること
  • 基礎的なITスキル(社内ツールとしてSlackやGoogle Meet等を利用するため)

  • toCの接客、toBの営業など、対人業務の経験
  • 電話応対、メール対応などの事務業務全般の経験
  • ATOMicaが目指すミッション、ビジョンへの興味
