Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality executive reporting with clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure portfolio data, reporting outputs and management information are accurate and reliable.
- Analyse portfolio, programme, and project performance data to monitor key activities, plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and inter‑dependencies.
- Develop predictive analytics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to optimise performance.
- Provide trusted advice and insight to senior stakeholders, interpreting complex information and engaging proactively with programme and project teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate level qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Project Management qualification such as Managing Successful Programmes, Management of Risk, Managing Portfolios, APM Project Planning, Monitoring & Control.
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical capability with large‑scale datasets.
- Skilled communicator capable of tailoring messaging for senior leaders.
- Experience in project, programme or portfolio management environments.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel, PowerBI and PowerApps.
- Understanding of emerging technologies, data analytics, and reporting best practices.
Security & Citizenship Requirement
This role requires active security clearance. Applicants must be a British Citizen and have lived in the UK for at least 5 years to obtain Security Clearance and 10 years for Defence Vetting.
