Location: RG7 4PR (between Reading and Basingstoke), free onsite parking.

Package: £27,350 - £40,000 per annum (based on suitability, qualifications, experience)

Working pattern: 9‑day working fortnight; flexible working requests are considered.

Key Accountabilities

  • Administration of tasks in support of Independent Oversight & Peer Review deliverables.
  • Maintain high standards of transactional administration/information management services.
  • Identify problems and provide solutions within set parameters or escalation if necessary.
  • Data analysis such as interrogating Independent Oversight & Peer Review observation database.
  • Find ways to continuously improve, making appropriate proposals to management and implementing agreed improvements or changes.
  • Build good, enduring relationships with stakeholders and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collating and formatting Independent Oversight & Peer Review information to support routine reporting.
  • Provide support and guidance for new starters to the team.
  • Support management activity to meet business needs.
  • Provide support to Independent Oversight & Peer Review activities, where appropriate.
  • Seeking out business feedback on residual issues.
  • Update the programme with the most recent information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BTEC or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Skilled in preparing reports and interpreting data to support departmental performance.
  • Confident in applying Microsoft Office applications in day‑to‑day work.
  • Experience engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Background in conducting data reviews to support operational needs.
