We are partnering with a fast-scaling, global fashion retailer to find a visionary Global Visual Creative Director. This is a rare executive-level role based in London, owning the entire visual identity of a brand expanding rapidly across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Salary: £120,000 – £180,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + benefits

What you’ll lead:

  • Define and execute the global visual creative strategy – including seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, digital assets, social content, retail VM, and space design.
  • Lead the creative direction of all major brand moments (season launches, collaborations, festive campaigns, key openings).
  • Build and manage an in-house creative team (art direction, graphic design, photography, casting) plus external networks (photographers, stylists, agencies, production).
  • Partner with product, marketing, and retail teams to ensure creative output aligns with commercial calendars and regional nuances (Europe, US, APAC).
  • Drive creative excellence – consistently benchmarking against top-tier international fashion brands.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years in fashion/apparel retail visual creative roles, with at least 5 years at Creative Director or Global Head level.
  • Proven experience leading global campaigns and visual systems for a multinational fashion brand (high-street, contemporary, or premium).
  • A world-class portfolio showing campaign, lookbook, social, and digital asset work.
  • Strong track record of managing cross-cultural creative teams and external production partners.
  • Fluent business English (Mandarin is a strong plus but not essential).
  • Based in London.
