Are you an ambitious account manager? You’re already smashing it as an Account Manager – owning client comms, juggling projects and spotting upsell chances – but you want the extra title, autonomy and commercial responsibility that come with the next step.
About Us: We’re Atomic Leap, a tight knit Bristol‑based team of digital marketing experts. We’re making waves in the AI space which is starting to accelerate us beyond our typical 35% Year on Year growth. Science is at the heart of what we do, with a strong focus on getting results for clients.
What you’ll do: Your value is relationships, strategy translation, project management and commercial growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead client relationships; run WIPs, monthly reviews and QBRs (40%)
- Translate objectives into briefs for our PPC, SEO, Paid Social & Programmatic team (20%)
- Project management – create SOWs, track hours, protect margin (15%)
- Insight storytelling – synthesise channel reports into board‑ready decks (15%)
- Upsell & new‑business support – identify gaps, help with pitch decks (10%)
Essential experience: 2‑3 years in a digital or performance agency with day‑to‑day client ownership, managed at least two paid‑media retainers >£5kpcm each, comfortable turning business goals into briefs and timelines, confident presenter who can simplify data insights, and strong organisation.
Desirable extras: Exposure to multi‑market or six‑figure annual budgets, familiarity with Looker Studio dashboards or similar, and contribution to thought‑leadership.
Your 90‑day success plan: Fully onboarded on key accounts, deliver first strategy refresh deck, and identify upsell opportunity.
24‑month career runway: Pay review, bonus, and assessment for Account Director role.
