Note: This is initially a 12 month fixed term (PAYE) contract. Atomic Talent is representing a highly successful, and growing, engineering organisation who are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment administrator to assist with their current recruitment activities, future growth plans, and their e-learning programme. The Recruitment administrator will play a crucial role in managing a variety of recruitment focused administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of recruitment processes. The position involves maintaining good relationships with the recruitment supply chain, being the main point of contact for applicants, assisting with the end to end recruitment process, managing and maintaining HR information systems and providing general administrative support. Your day to day You’ll be the face of recruitment for the company. The first point of contact, and the guide for all candidates as they navigate their applications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and maintaining strict confidentiality. Drive the recruitment process through the creation and posting of high quality job adverts, coordinating hiring manager responses, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate all communication throughout the process. Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment contracts and other relevant documentation. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience through excellent internal stakeholder management, and candidate communication. Generate reports relating to hire successes, onboarding times, interview to hire statistics etc. Utilise internal systems to manage candidate data, generate reports and streamline recruitment processes. Take the lead in keeping the company up to date with relevant employment laws and regulations. Act as a point of contact for candidates and recruitment suppliers regarding all recruitment related queries, escalating issues when necessary. Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing documents and managing correspondence. You will also administer the company’s e-learning initiative, an innovative programme that allows employees to take part in continuous professional development. Qualifications – Proven experience as a Recruitment administrator or similar role. – Minimum required experience is 2 years in a similar, technically led, environment. – Strong organisational and time-management skills. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. – A good understanding of employment, and recruitment, law and regulations. – Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
