We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support Senior Management across business operations, administration, communications, and strategic projects. The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, oversee office operations, support recruitment and HR processes, draft business documentation, and assist with investor, legal, and marketing activities. This is a varied, fast-paced role requiring exceptional organisational skills, strong written communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Management
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, contracts, and employee records
  • Support office operations across Leeds and London locations
  • Draft business documents, presentations, policies, agendas, and reports
  • Manage company communications, social media, website updates, and brand content
  • Assist with legal and compliance documentation including NDAs, contracts, insider lists, and due diligence requests
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Conduct market and industry research to support strategic business initiatives
  • Liaise with investors, partners, suppliers, and external agencies
Requirements
  • A-Level qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or a similar senior administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools
  • Strong proficiency in using AI tools
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Experience supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The role will be based in the office 4 days per week with the option to work from home 1 day per week. The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
