NIC is seeking a Cleaning Manager to oversee on-site cleaning operations, ensuring services meet contract specifications and client expectations. You will lead a team of cleaning operatives, monitor performance, develop standards, and drive continuous improvement in daily duties.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage rotas and labour budgets, oversee purchasing of cleaning materials, recruit and train staff, complete audits and KPI reporting, and ensure health and safety and COSHH.
