Our client is a fast-growing multi-sector speciality distributor of chemicals and raw materials to the UK Manufacturing Industry. They are now seeking a Process Manufacturing / Warehousing Operator. This position is site-based in Redditch, Worcestershire and is a full-time permanent role working on a shift basis (Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day between the hours of 6am to 10pm) reporting to the Process Lead.

Job Purpose

  • Carry out day-to-day processing operations support within our clients Manufacturing and Warehouse Services concerning industrial powder packing/repacking, food & chemical processing, stock management and Health & Safety requirements.
  • As required, support the other functions within the warehouse.
  • Work with the Process Lead to ensure all processing requirements for our clients Manufacturing Services are met.
  • Support the Process Lead to develop the capabilities for the food and chemical processing and laboratory formulation activities.
  • This position is primarily focused on the industrial powder packing/repacking processes at the clients site; however, cross-site working may be required from time to time.
