Job Overview:

• Our client, a fast-growing distributor of specialty raw materials to the UK Coatings & Resins industry, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Industrial Coatings – CASE . This is a home-based position within the UK, covering the UK and Ireland, reporting to the Business Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a profitable and sustainable business unit, achieving sales and margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers and create compelling sales propositions.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure positive contributions and market intelligence gathering.

Qualifications:

• BSc or equivalent technical education or industrial experience.
• Experience in sales of raw materials for coatings, inks, adhesives, and resins sectors.
• Ability to develop product formulations and identify customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
• Active engagement with industry organizations and a growth mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (negotiable based on experience), plus benefits including a company car, five weeks holiday, pension, healthcare, and a bonus scheme.
