What you will do:
- Define and champion the brand’s visual direction across all channels.
- Mentor, support, and manage junior designers as your team develops.
- Provide hands-on design and creative direction as well as feedback and quality assurance.
- Set creative standards and help shape professional development within the team.
- Oversee creation of standout assets for campaigns, lifecycle comms, and internal initiatives.
- Evolve and manage visual identity and design systems for clarity and scalability.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure design meets business goals.
- Manage team capacity, workflows, and project timelines as you build leadership experience.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Introduce new tools, ideas, and technologies to elevate creative output.
- Support cross-functional teams with on-brand assets, templates, and guidance.
Who you are:
- Able to balance hands-on execution with growing responsibilities in direction, feedback, and team development.
- A detail-focused visual designer with strong conceptual thinking and deep expertise in layout, typography, colour, and digital composition.
- Highly skilled in performance-led marketing design (paid media, social, email, landing pages).
- Ready to step confidently into people leadership and support junior designers’ growth.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
- Experienced in developing AI-driven creative workflows for ideation, imagery and video.
- Experience in UI design and good working knowledge of UI design principles.
- Familiar with applying brand principles to UX/UI decisions for marketing-led digital experiences and product development.
- Strong collaborator with marketing, product design and customer-facing teams.
- Capable of building and maintaining scalable design systems that streamline production.
- Comfortable leading ideation sessions, presenting concepts, and translating briefs into compelling visuals.
Experience that will set you apart:
- High proficiency in no-code web development (Webflow).
- High proficiency in motion design (Rive, After Effects).
