The role involves designing and building websites that are both beautiful and functional, primarily using Figma for design and Webflow for development. In addition to web design, you will create high-quality visual assets for lead generation, social media, digital campaigns and print. You will ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand identity and engages our audience.
What you will do:
- Design visually engaging, user-centered website layouts, components, and interactions in Figma.
- Build responsive, high-quality websites in Webflow from concept to completion.
- Produce final design assets across socials, email, web and print to a high standard, following specifications and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and developer teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Stay up to date with design trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging Webflow capabilities.
- Aid with vector illustration projects and adapt artwork for different channels.
- Take on photography finding and editing tasks.
- Use feedback from other designers and team members to enhance your skills.
Who you are:
- High proficiency in Figma and Webflow (design and build).
- High proficiency in design software and graphics editing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web accessibility.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals (no coding required, but beneficial).
- A keen eye for detail, brand aesthetics and consistency.
- Excellent understanding of graphic design principles.
- Positive attitude, team player, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving aptitude.
