What will your typical day look like? Different that’s for sure… As a Senior Savings Pricing Manager at Atom, you’ll be a key member of our Commercial team tasked with developing & executing innovative pricing strategies. You’ll join at an exciting time as we look to transform our pricing strategy & expand our product suite, and this role will drive that change and directly impact our customer experience, financial performance and market positioning.
- Driving Strategic Change: Lead the transformation of our savings strategy, moving beyond price-led tactics to focus on customer-centric value propositions.
- Pricing Excellence: Develop and implement robust pricing models that balance revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and risk management.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to launch new and innovative savings products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics to gain deep insights into customer behaviour and inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, product teams, marketing, and finance.
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience in Savings pricing and product management within Retail Banking
- Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Commercially astute with a strong focus on customer centricity
- Strong understanding of the UK Savings market & regulatory knowledge
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the drivers of income for savings
- Data-driven approach
- Passion for innovation & challenging the status quo
