As an Associate Product Manager within the Savings Value Stream, you’ll work within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on high-priority features and products. You’ll manage the product backlog, prioritise features for maximum business & customer value and collaborate with technology teams on design.
You’ll take part in ideation - evaluating what problem we are solving, sizing the market, coordinating consumer research with the customer experience team, competitor analysis, and target market. Our culture dictates that the approach to product management is highly customer orientated, with an emphasis on transparency, fairness and value. You’ll need to ensure customer insight and feedback informs decisions, alongside wider market dynamics and a core objective to be differentiated digitally versus the rest of the market.
This role works closely with a variety of stakeholders to support the business strategies and plans, and you’ll help define how we should build products in Savings, prioritising product requirements, and managing scope based on the Product Roadmap.
