About This Role: We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to join our Marketplace Sellers team. Your role will be instrumental in growing our Marketplace Sellers business globally, managing direct relationships with sellers and vendors on Amazon and other marketplaces. You’ll be directly involved in building and enhancing the digital destinations our users rely on throughout their shopping journeys.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will:
- Drive and manage key accounts and media partnerships with global marketplace sellers, vendors, and media agencies to expand our business reach.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to successfully onboarding high-priority strategic partners.
- Direct the execution of high-profile partner campaigns across diverse international markets to ensure success.
- Unlock new revenue streams through innovative campaign design and cross-vertical initiatives.
- Develop insightful campaign reports and data-driven analysis to guide long-term strategic growth.
Your Profile: We’re looking for someone with commercial experience, who is dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences and driving innovation.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, account management or sales.
- Fluent in English. Any additional languages such as German, French and/or Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, performance marketing, affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow strong, long-term partnerships with key accounts and media partners on a global scale.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue and align with strategic goals.
- Skilled in translating complex data into compelling narratives and actionable insights for partners and internal stakeholders, highlighting value and opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch to high-priority partners and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of proactive problem-solving to resolve issues before they escalate.
- Intercultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix organization.
